Graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in financial engineering and applied mathematics, and from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a bachelor’s degree in applicable mathematics, Mr. Gao is mainly responsible for the investments, fundraising and operational management of Everbright Zhongying Capital.

Mr. Gao is actively involved in the early-stage investments in retail and consumer goods firms. He has taken the lead in investment deals including Yuanqisenlin，Codemao、Moranca、Shaoniandedao、Biyao、Chunmi、KisKis、Gonjiangshe、Yunji technology、Xpeng、Tantan etc.

Mr. Gao has worked for the consumer industry team of investment banking division (IBD) at Citic Securities, where he was involved in numerous IPOs or M&A deals of retail and consumer goods firms.
